I have an idea that I could wheel the sub off the trailer using ramps.  So, I have started to make ten wheel rollers.  They are the same width (50mm) and length as the skids and will fit in their place.  This should really have been done on a mill bed to get the holes in exactly the correct places.  But i haven’t got easy access to one so I did it all by hand.  There is only one wheel thats a bit wonky.  Not too bad considering.
