Submersible Build Log

The boat is complete and ready to dive.  It’s taken me 6 years to build although I didn’t work on it all the time, plus I have had to go to work most of the time.

Ive called the boat “Jodie-B” after my only assistants. 

The boats yard name is “UG2” as in “U-Boat Guernsey 2.”  “UG1” I made some years ago.

I still have to prepare the trailer and of course, prep the boat for diving (charge tanks, fill scrubber etc) but all construction is complete.  There will always be jobs to do, repairs, improvements, alterations etc.  I could mention things I would like to modify already, but I have to draw a line and this is it.  It’s done.
